Job Description
As food counter attendants, participants will be preparing and serving customers’ foods (ice cream) and drinks. Depending on the items served at the counter, the food counter attendant may be responsible for some basic preparation of the food. Participants will take orders from customers and adjust the items based on customers’ needs (e.g. omitting items from a sundae or Blizzard).
Duties also involve handling the financial transactions related to the food and drink purchases and delivering orders to the kitchen when applicable. Participants may also be responsible for tracking and handling inventory for the counter. Responsible for cleaning and will be provided with basic cleaning products.

For housing purposes, the employer will only be hiring females.
Rent will be $120-150 depending on shared room / single room. *A single room is an option for extra monthly cost*
*Because of the shared housing we feel it is easier and more comfortable for the participants to not have coed housing, therefore requesting females*
Participants are placed in a fully furnished apartment. This is a 2 bedroom apartment. There will be 2-3 participants per bedroom and each participant will have their own bed. There is one bathroom that participants will be sharing.
The apartment has a full kitchen, a living room (with a TV) and laundry facilities to share. The apartment is located above the participants work site, which make it convenient to get to work.
If participants are terminated or quit, they will be required to vacate the housing within 48 hours of the last day. Participants will be required to move if they start creating a negative environment in the housing.
