Job Description
Participants will be working in a Customer Service role at Kilwin’s, as an Ice Cream Scooper and in Chocolate Sales.
Job duties include:
- Serving ice cream to customers
- Handling payment
- Assisting customers with their inquiries
- Cleaning the counter and other areas in the restaurant
- Making waffle cones
Store hours are:
- Sun-Thurs: 11am – 11pm
- Fri & Sat: 11am – 12am
Criteria:
- Only participants with Excellent English should apply.
- Participants must be familiar with U.S. currency and understand how to make change.
- While cleaning, participants will come into contact with and will be asked to use cleaning chemicals.
- Participants must be friendly and must be able to extend a great level of customer service to customers.
Job Benefits
- Free frozen foods and one free ice cream waffle cone are available to participants while they are on shift.
- The employer will pick up participants from the airport for free, upon arrival in the U.S.

Housing Description
The employer will provide a single family home for participant housing. The housing has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have 3 single beds each, and 1 bedroom will have 2 sets of bunk beds. Each participant will have their own bed.
The house is fully furnished, with a sofa, chairs, tables, beds and dressers. There is a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans.
There is a free washer and dryer located in the housing, for laundry, and participants will have access to free wireless internet in the housing.
The housing is walking distance to the beach.
Rent will be deducted automatically from participants’ paychecks.
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the housing or on the property outside the housing.
