Hotel/Resort Worker :

Under the direct supervision of the title of supervisor, to provide fast, friendly, and
accurate checkout
services for customers using computerized cash register systems. As the primary
contact between the customers and the company, they are expected to deliver topquality customer service and be friendly and engaging when interacting with guests to
project a positive company image.
Ticket Sales/Retails Sales Associate :
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Specific duties may include but are not limited to any combination of the following:

• Greet and interact with Guests in a positive, friendly, and professional manner.
• Answer customers’ questions, and provide information on products, policies, and
  procedures.
• Compute and record totals of transactions.
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are
  correct and that there is adequate change.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or changes due to customers.
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
• Monitor checkout stations to ensure adequate cash is available and
  staffed appropriately.
• Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
• Request information or assistance using paging systems.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Sort, count, and wrap currency and coins.
• Weigh items sold by weight to determine prices.
• Calculate total payments received during a period, and reconcile this with total
  sales.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Food and Beverage Rotational:
Specific duties may include but are not limited to any combination of the following:

• Greet and interact with Guests in a positive, friendly, and professional manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and answer any questions or comments from
  customers.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively.
• Accept payment from customers, and make changes as necessary.
• Request and record customer orders and compute bills using cash registers, multicounting machines, or pencil and paper.
• Serve customers in eating places that specialize in fast service and inexpensive carryout food.
• Prepare simple foods and beverages such as sandwiches, salads, and coffee.
• Prepare and serve cold drinks, frozen milk drinks, or desserts using drink-dispensing, milkshake, or frozen custard machines.
• Select food items from serving or storage areas and place them in dishes, serving
  trays, or takeout bags.
• Serve through drive-through windows or over counters in the restaurant.
• Notify kitchen personnel of shortages or special orders.
• Cook or reheat food items such as French fries.
• Handle raw meats and maintain health and safety standards.
• Handle chemicals used for cleaning and washing dishes using gloves when
  necessary.
• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
• Cleaning following our company’s sanitary standards, including but not limited to
  sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning walls, tables, counters, kitchen and service equipment, removing trash,cleaning restrooms, and checking the parking lot.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Rental Shop Technician:

• Help fit guests with bikes.
• Inform guests of proper equipment usage.
• Help load and unload bikes.
• Help clean and maintain bikes.
• Organize inventory for deliveries for the following day Receiving bikes at the end of the day and wash them
• Maintain all operational aspects of the assigned job position.
• Maintaining all work areas neat, clean, and safe.
• Advising and assisting guests in a pleasant, courteous manner.
• Maintaining a cooperative attitude with fellow employees.
• Communicating problems to your supervisor
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Trail Marshall:

• Help fit guests with bikes
• Help load and unload bikes
• Help clean and maintain bikes
• Organize inventory returns for the following day
• Ride bikes to the bottom of trail

Assist Bus Drivers loading bikes : 

• CPR/First Aid training provided
• Maintain all operational aspects of the assigned job position.
• Maintaining all work areas neat, clean, and safe.
• Advising and assisting guests in a pleasant, courteous manner.
• Maintaining a cooperative attitude with fellow employees.
• Communicating problems to your supervisor
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
