Bar Back/Runner :

• Maintains beverage stock and ice at all bar outlets.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat
• Ensure all details are followed according to supervisor’s instructions while providing
  guests with the finest quality of service at all times in a warm and friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Store all equipment in the designated areas.
• Communicate clearly and maintain positive and professional attitude
• Notify supervisor of any broken or damaged equipment.
• Maintain Driftwood and Margaritaville Lake Resort standards of food, beverage, and
  quality guest service.
• Good physical strength is required as well as ability to stand on feet for long periods
  of time and ability to lift at least 50lbs.
• Must have a neat appearance and be quick, energetic and be able to work at a fast
  pace.
• Knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.
• Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal
  regulations.
• Must have good mathematical and computer skills.
• High school education and relevant training and experience required

Required skills :

• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively
  communicate with guests and associates.
• Ability to complete statistical reports as required.
• Scrupulously follow all Driftwood and Margaritaville Lake Resort policies and
  procedures.
• Ability to attend required meetings.
• Minimum lifting/pulling of 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
• Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity, continuous standing.
• Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time – up to 8 hours.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Work schedule : Varies – breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts (between 6am and 11pm approximately).Must be able to work weekends.
