Job Description
- Prepares food ordered for restaurant and bar customers using a variety of kitchen equipment (grills, ovens, fryers, meat slicers, food processors, etc.).
- Performs shift opening and closing duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager such as starting equipment and cleaning of refrigeration units, fryers, grill and surrounding area, as well as other kitchen equipment.
- Maintains kitchen and cooking areas and ensures kitchen equipment and food storage areas are clean, sanitary, and organized as required by the Health Department Rules and Regulations. Reports any kitchen equipment or maintenance issues to the Restaurant Manager.
- Restocks products as needed throughout shift.
- Collaborates with Restaurant Manager to determine daily specials, new menu items, and innovative ways to cook and prepare food.
- Regularly checks menu cycle to ensure all food items are available in advance, notifying the Restaurant Manager of any shortages.
- Other duties as assigned.

Housing Description
Participants will be housed in a manufactured housing villas. The villas are 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom units located another resort next door (within walking distance) to River Run. All furniture included. Two participants per bedroom and each participant will have their own bed. The unit is also furnished with linens, kitchenware, microwave, and AC/heat. WiFi access is provided at no cost within the villa.
If a participant resigns they need to vacate housing within 24 hours as resignations are pre-planned so they are responsible for making their own arrangements. In the event of a termination, the time frame to vacate housing will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
