Job Description
Guest Service/ Linen Assistant :
- Assist Lead Inspectors with vacation rentals inspections- post-departure, pre arrival
and ongoing inspections according to the company standards and policy. - Perform minor troubleshooting assistance to guest as requested
- Communicate to Supervisors in timely manner of any issues, concerns from the guest according to the company policy.
- Maintain clean, unstained, unworn linens in circulation, and ensure the maximum care for the linen inventory.
- Distribute linens to housekeepers.
- Process, package and distribute linens as per company process
- Stay aware of and participate in maintaining safe operating and working conditions.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility at all times
- Participants may be assigned to work in 2 positions as Guest Services and Linen
Distribution. When working as Guest Services participant will be paired with a Room
Inspector to visit the rental homes and assist as necessary. - Participants may be exposed to cleaning chemicals.
- Additional duties may be assigned by the Supervisor
Required skills :
- Ability to stay on your feet for the duration of your shift.
Lift up to 35LB (23kg)
Work schedule : Work schedule varies between 8AM – 4PM, fixed schedule may not be available. Working during holidays and weekends is a MUST. Overtime is paid after 40 hours. Facility is open 7 days a week. Work schedule may vary.
