F&B Ambassador – are responsible to work in work in various food preparation areas,
preparing and serving food in accordance to company standards. As the initial contact
between the customers and the restaurant, they are expected to deliver top quality
customer service and be friendly and engaging when interacting with guests to project a
positive image of the company.

Specific duties may include but are not limited to any combination of the following :

• Providing exceptional guest service.
• Greet and interact with Guest in a positive, friendly and professional manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction and answer any questions or comments from customers
• Preparing food in an appetizing manner.
• Accept payment from customers, and make change as necessary
• Abiding by all health code and food preparation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean workstation.
• Completes opening and closing checklists.
• Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products
• Cleaning in accordance to company standards including but not limited to: sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning tables, counters, kitchen and service equipment, removing trash, and cleaning restrooms.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Additional duties include :

• Prepare and Serve Food Per Guidelines.
• Operate Cash Register
• Maintain Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and support areas.

Work schedule : Varies can be scheduled between 6:00 am – 23:00 pm

Overtime wage (if applicable) : Overtime is considered if 40+ hours are worked per week and if it is approved by your supervisor. The overtime rate will be your regular hourly wage per the Department of Labor guidelines for theme park expemptions.

Required skills :

Good English communication skills, verbal, and Written.

Ability to be friendly and attentive, to provide great guest service to guests.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to kift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs. Must be willing to work as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comply with all grooming guidelines, safety and company policies.
