Position details : F&B Utility Worker
Required experience : Qualifications

Responsibilities :
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Clean food preparation areas, facilities and equipment
- Place clean dishes, utensils and cooking equipment in storage areas
- Remove trash
- Sweep and scrub floors
- Stock supplies
- Assist in unloading delivery trucks
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work area
- Attends all necessary F&B training classes
- Other duties as assigned
Work schedule : The work schedule will vary – Shifts may be between 8:00am and 11:00pm. Business
levels may also dictate schedules.

Anakeesta is seeking Cashier/Serving Attendants to prepare and serve food as well as
cashier and clean the seating areas. Line cook and serving duties will consist of
prepping, delivering, and serving food to guests. Cashiers will ring up sales and assist
in keeping the seating area clean and stocked.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items
- Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
- Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a
smooth service period. - Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills,
broilers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment. - Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
- Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
- Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.

Anakeesta is seeking Lift Operators ensure the safety of guests while riding
Anakeesta’s Chondola. They are responsible for making sure guests understand how to load and unload from the lift chairs and cabins, and always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure the safe and efficient loading and unloading of all guests who board the
Chondola. - Recognize and help those guests who require assistance with chairs and cabins.
- Anticipate problems while loading and unloading by always watching guests closely.
- Greet and engage every guest boarding the Chondola with a friendly, inviting, and
informative attitude to provide a unique and memorable experience. - Operate the lift pedestals after certification to slow or stop the lift if necessary.
- Ensure guests do not board the Chondola with food or drinks.
- Maintain a complete overall awareness in the Chondola operating areas to ensure the
safety of guests and employees alike while ensuring efficiency is maintained. - Assist in the daily set-up and shut-down procedures of the lift and operating areas.
- Ensure proper operation of lift.
- Monitoring of weather conditions and working with lift maintenance on weather
protocols - Assist lift maintenance department with any needs.
- Complete required daily logs and checklists
- Monitor the operation of the Chondola continuously and notify the Lift Maintenance
team and on-duty management team if unusual conditions occur. - Ensure proper set-up and efficiency of queueing area.
- Answer guests’ inquiries as to park activities and special events
- Assist in the recovery of lost or dropped items along lift line.
- Ensuring work areas and lift line are clean and aesthetically pleasing by ensuring no
debris are in the area (paper cups, candy wrappers, torn wristbands, sticks, leaves, etc.). - Other duties as assigned.

guests participating in our Adventure Elements, as well as delivering a unique guest

knowing and providing park information.

- Open and close Adventure Elements each day based on scheduled hours .
- Greet and educate every guest on what each Adventure Element entails.
- Closely monitor activities relating to each element throughout your shift, identifying
any safety issues. - Ensure that guest follow all posted safety rules of Adventure Elements.
- Engage with guests by greeting them, answering questions and providing park
