Guest Service Representative :
– Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and
polishing
– Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner
– Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
– Notify superiors of any damages, deficits and disturbances
– Manage guest requests with professionalism and patience
– Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
– Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any companyrelated practices
– Answer/assist guest phone call, email, or in person inquires
– Typing and organizational skills

Required skills : 

• Good physical health
• Ability to walk up and down stairs, kneel and bend frequently
• May work with chemicals
• Lift up to 25lbs/11kg
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency
• Maintain grooming standards
• Positive attitude

Work schedule : Shifts will Vary – can be scheduled between the hours of 06:00am – 00:00am
