Guest Service Representative :
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and
polishing
Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner
Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
Notify superiors of any damages, deficits and disturbances
Manage guest requests with professionalism and patience
Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any companyrelated practices
Answer/assist guest phone call, email, or in person inquires
Typing and organizational skills

Required skills : 

• Good physical health
• Ability to walk up and down stairs, kneel and bend frequently
• May work with chemicals
• Lift up to 25lbs/11kg
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency
• Maintain grooming standards
• Positive attitude

Work schedule : Shifts will Vary – can be scheduled between the hours of 06:00am – 00:00am
