Guest Service and Hospitality crew members

have a very fun and unique role. Black Diamond Resort Co is looking for someone who likes a lot of variety while learning new things with the flexibility to fill in wherever needed. Specific duties may include but are not limited to any combination of the following:

Wagon Guide

• Help lead and guide wagon tours, providing informative and engaging commentary about the history, landmarks, and points of interest.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the tour.
• Assist with boarding and disembarking procedures and maintain cleanliness of the wagon.
• Respond to guest questions and provide excellent customer service

Maintenance Assistant

• Support the maintenance team with general repair, upkeep, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Help maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Perform minor repairs under supervision and report larger issues to the lead maintenance staff.

Golf Greens Assistant

• Prepare and maintain the golf course according to established standards and the rules of golf.
• Assist with setting up course equipment, tee markers, and signage. Monitor course conditions and report any issues to the grounds or golf management team.

Work schedule: Varies between the hours of 6am and midnight. Weekdays and Weekends.

Average hours over 2 weeks period: 32 hours per week
