Position Summary (Females only):

The Pizza Tech at Dells Pizza Lab is a hands‑on, guest‑focused role responsible for preparing high‑quality pizzas, assisting guests, operating the register, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This position plays a key role in delivering a positive, efficient, and enjoyable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
“Pizza Techs.” trained to do everything: Greet, help with food, register, cleaning/dishes, chopping veggies, baking, you name it. Everyone does everything, including supervisors. We are a “fast-casual,” so no servers.

Prepare and cook pizzas according to Dells Pizza Lab standards
Assist guests with ordering, menu questions, and general service needs
Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately, including cashiering and handling payments Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and guest areas
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times
Support team members during busy service periods
Complete opening, closing, and side duties as assigned

Qualifications
Friendly, positive, and customer‑service oriented attitude
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Previous food service or cashiering experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Environment

Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Indoor, quick‑service restaurant environment

Required skills

Excellent English and ability to read tickets/menu, Money Handling skills, Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Work schedule: varied between 8 am and 11:30 pm depending upon business needs

Average hours over 2 weeks period: 32 hours per week
