Restaurant Attendant :

• F&B Attendant works at the different food/beverage stations throughout the resort. The Pack Member is responsible for processing and completing Guest orders; maintaining food and beverage readiness and serving area; collecting monies; keeping supplies ready and equipment operating; and maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.

Required skills :

• Some High School education or equivalent

• Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands

• Experience utilizing basic math skills with ability to add,subtract multiply and divide

• Proven customer service skills and communication skills; able to read and interpret English language manuals relating to safety, operations, and procedures

• Successful completion of a criminal background and drug screen.

Special requirements :

• Depending upon your arrival date, you may have to wait a few days for orientation before you are able to start work.

• Participants are not required to live at housing facilities reserved by Great Wolf Lodge.

• However participants who choose to find their own housing must live no farther than 10 minutes from Great Wolf Lodge to take advantage of the shuttle bus we have to pick them up.

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

• Able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time

  Housing is tied to this placement. Should participant be dismissed from the placement, housing will be terminated immediately and participant would have to vacate the housing within 24 hours *

Work schedule :

Varies, can be scheduled between 6 am – 11 pm
