Job Description

Outlet Attendant

  • Communicates with guests to take food and beverage orders.
  • Prepares customer food and beverage orders.
  • Provides outstanding customer service and engage in suggestive selling.
  • Maintains equipment, performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots breakdowns and/or calls for repairs.
  • Assists in merchandising functions including display and store design, inventory receiving, stocking, and merchandise pricing.
  • Performs cash-handling functions, including point-of-sale POS) system, registers, and daily reporting.
  • Ensures F&B outlet adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
  • Ensures the daily operation of the retail outlet adheres to operating procedure guidelines.
  • Assists in other food outlets as needed.

Required skills

– Some High School education or equivalent.
– Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands.
– Experience utilizing basic math skills with ability to add, subtract multiply and divide.
– Proven customer service skills and communication skills; able to read and interpret English language manuals relating to safety, operations, and procedures.
– Successful completion of a criminal background and drug screen.

Work schedule: Varies, can be scheduled between 6am – 11pm

Average hours over 2 weeks period: 32 hours per week

Job Benefits

– Uniform shirts are provided but participant must provide their own full length, classic fit, dark wash denim free of rips/tears/embellishments.

Job Description

Lifeguard/Waterpark Attendant

– Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
– Provide exceptional guest service in order to enhance the guest experience in the water park.
– Provide general assistance to guests, including answering questions about the resort, pools, rides and attractions.
– Monitoring the well-being of guests and responding to emergency situations both in and out of water. Includes providing emergency first aid as necessary.
– Enforcing established rules, complying with regulations, and maintaining professional lifeguarding practices.
– Maintaining a constant alertness to what our hundreds of guests are doing, preventing accidents and assisting
swimmers in distress. Should an emergency occur, Waterpark Attendants are responsible for taking quick and decisive action and providing emergency care.
– Throughout their shift, Waterpark Attendants are also expected to play an important role in keeping the resort clean and comfortable.
– All of these important responsibilities must be fulfilled while working either inside in a humid environment or outside in the elements – heat, humidity, rain, and wind. Long periods of standing are required.
– Advises waterpark management of unsafe and unsanitary conditions.
– Possesses a general knowledge of the waterpark pools and attractions.
– Must read and sign skill acknowledgement and terms of agreement.

Required skills

– Current license in Ellis & Associates International Lifeguard Training Program including CPR, First Aid, and AED. Will receive this training upon arrival.
– Swim 50 yards in 4 ft. of water and retrieve a 10 lb brick at bottom of pool.
– Must sit or stand for extended periods of time.
– You will be working in a humid, warm environment and be immersed in water for extended periods of time.
– Position requires the ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs and up to 100 lbs.
– Climb multiple flights of stairs.

Prices subject to change. All Interns and Trainees start with a 90 day lease. If, after the first 90 days, you wish to try to find your own housing, you may do so, but your room will not be held for you nor are you guaranteed to be able to return. Due to the need to reserve housing in advance, you may not move out prior to the first 90 day period.
