Room Attendant :

• House Attendant- is responsible for assisting the housekeeping staff in cleaning of guest rooms, laundry functions and ensuring overall patron satisfaction.

Special requirements

• Participant is required to live at housing facility arranged by Great Wolf Lodge.
• Will be working with cleaning chemical.
• Will be required to stand throughout the shift.

Required Skills

• Familiar with housekeeping including sanitation, laundry,operations, and guest service.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Able to bend, stretch, and twist.
• Able to climb multiple flights of stairs on daily basis and
  walk frequently.

Lifeguard/Waterpark Attendant

• Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Provide exceptional guest service in order to enhance the guest experience in the
  water park.
• Provide general assistance to guests, including answering questions about the resort,
  pools, rides and attractions.
• Monitoring the well-being of guests and responding to emergency situations both in
  and out of water. Includes providing emergency first aid as necessary.
• Enforcing established rules, complying with regulations, and maintaining professional
  lifeguarding practices.
• Maintaining a constant alertness to what our hundreds of guests are doing,preventing accidents and assisting swimmers in distress. Should an emergency occur,
  Waterpark Attendants are responsible for taking quick and decisive action and providing emergency care.
• Throughout their shift, Waterpark Attendants are also expected to play an important
  role in keeping the resort clean and comfortable.
• All of these important responsibilities must be fulfilled while working either inside in a
  humid environment or outside in the elements – heat, humidity, rain, and wind. Long
  periods of standing are required.
• Advises waterpark management of unsafe and unsanitary conditions.
• Possesses a general knowledge of the waterpark pools and attractions.
• Must read and sign skill acknowledgement and terms of agreement.

Special requirements

• Participant is required to live at housing facility reserved by Great Wolf Lodge.
  Participants who are fired from this placement will need to vacate the housing as well.
• Will be required to stand throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Required skills

• Current license in Ellis & Associates International Lifeguard Training Programincluding CPR, First Aid, and AED. Will receive this training upon arrival.

• Swim 50 yards in 4 ft. of water and retrieve a 10 lb brick at bottom of pool.
• Must sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• You will be working in a humid, warm environment and be immersed in water for
  extended periods of time.
• Position requires the ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs and up to 100 lbs.
• Climb multiple flights of stairs.

Wiconcin Dells Location

Public Area Attendant :

• The Public Area Attendant is critical to ensuring the overall atmosphere of the Lodge meets or exceeds Great Wolf and guest standards. The Attendant is responsible cleaning and maintaining common areas of the resort.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Vacuums, dusts, and cleans public areas including, but not limited to: floors, carpets, restrooms, waterpark area, elevators, windows, and doors.
• Ensure elevator areas are free of debris.
• Empties waste receptacles in common areas.
• Reads and comprehends material safety data sheets for all chemicals and use them according to directions.
• Report maintenance issues in public areas.
• Operates trash compactor and cardboard baler.
• Communicate with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Deliver items to guestrooms as requested and return them to storage as necessary.
• Assists with guestroom cleaning as needed

Special requirements :

• Prior experience with the handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous housekeeping or general cleaning experience.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Able to bend, stretch, and twist.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
