Job Description
F&B Ambassador – are responsible to work in work in various food preparation areas, preparing and serving food in accordance to company standards. As the initial contact between the customers and the restaurant, they are expected to deliver top quality customer service and be friendly and engaging when interacting with guests to project a positive image of the company.
Specific duties may include but are not limited to any combination of the following:
- Providing exceptional guest service.
- Greet and interact with Guest in a positive, friendly and professional manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction and answer any questions or comments from customers
- Preparing food in an appetizing manner.
- Accept payment from customers, and make change as necessary.
- Abiding by all health code and food preparation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean workstation.
- Completes opening and closing checklists.
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products.
- Cleaning in accordance to company standards including but not limited to: sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning tables, counters, kitchen and service equipment, removing trash, and cleaning restrooms.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisor.Additional duties include:
- Prepare and Serve Food Per Guidelines.
- Operate Cash Register
- Maintain Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and support areas.
Required skills:
- Good English communication skills, verbal, and Written.
- Ability to be friendly and attentive, to provide great guest service to guests.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs. Must be willing to work as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comply with all grooming guidelines, safety and company policies.

Work schedule: Varies can be scheduled between 6:00 am – 23:00 pm

LIFEGUARD
Provides a safe environment for all park Guests while watching various bodies of water in a theme park environment.
– Required to go through training to become a Certified Lifeguard in shallow and/or deep water. Training is provided by SeaWorld San Antonio, however this training is unpaid. SeaWorld San Antonio will pay for the cost of the training class. Training will be held over a short period of time, prior to opening of the park.
– Responsible for operating water attractions and slides.
– Must be able to adhere to all lifeguard requirements.
– Maintains a safe experience for every Guest through diligence of constant focus and attention on Guests and water and adherence to all lifeguard protocols presented in training.
– Greet and provide Guests with courteous service.
– Inform Guests of and enforce attraction safety requirements and park policies.
– Maintain water park cleanliness when not guarding or in position.
– Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
– Other duties as assigned.
– All job offers contingent on passing a drug and alcohol test.
New Lifeguards will have an hourly wage of $13.00 per hour with potential to increase to $14.00/hour depending on skill level.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

– Shallow Water Lifeguard: Swim to and pick up a ten-pound brick out of five feet of water; Swim 50 yards; Must be able to exit the pool without the use of ladders, stairs & zero depth.
– Special Facilities Lifeguard: Swim to and pick up a ten-pound brick out of six feet of water; Swim 200 yards; Tread for two minutes without the use of your hands
– Must be able to exit the pool without the use of ladders, stairs & zero depth.
– Requires standing, sitting, kneeling and bending.
– Requires walking, reaching above shoulder, pushing and pulling.
– Must be able to lift and carry 10-150 pounds with the assistance of a co-worker.
– Occasionally lift and carries more than 150 pounds with assistance.
Work schedule: Ability to work weekends and holidays is required. Shifts are 10:00 am – 18:30 pm. Hours are subject to change due to weather and personnel.
Average hours over 2 weeks period: 32 hours per week
