Job Description
Specific duties may include but are not limited to any combination of the following :
- Interacts with guests in a professional, courteous and helpful manner.
- Must use microphones to engage guests to play games.
- Performs all aspects of game operation as stated in the Standard Operating Procedure Manual.
- Monitors games area to ensure normal operation and guest compliance with all safety
guidelines. - Ensures all guests play/ win fairly to ensure all guests receive an equal experience.
- Maintains a clean, safe environment for fellow Game Attendants and guests.
- Assist Guests with directions, answer Guest’s questions, and solve Guest concerns.
- Handle cash money and keep accurate record of sales.
- Visually and physically checks all games have needed games supplies, stock, baseballs, basketballs, etc.
- Ensures all games walls are fully flashed with stock.
- Performs biohazard waste disposal as necessary.
- Assists with ride and park crowd control/ evacuations as necessary.
- Physically and verbally assist guests in the event of an emergency situation.
- Maintain proper grooming standards.
- Completes morning and evening checklists.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
Special requirements :
- Positions require standing for long periods of time
- Positions have potential for prolonged exposure to heat and sun
- Average temperature in Summer is 90-100 degrees Fahrenheit or 32-38 degrees
Celsius
Participants MUST arrive 2-3 days prior to start date.
Specific orientation details to be sent 2 weeks prior to arrival. THERE IS A FIRM
START DATE FOR TRAINING.
Position requires standing for long periods of time, possibly for the entire duration of
the shift.
Work schedule : Various shifts could be scheduled through the day.
Operating hours 10:30am-11:00pm.
Average hours per week : 32hr

*ADMISSIONS/PARKING-Cashier : Assists guests with the purchase of amusement or parking tickets (employees that are 17 years of age or older will be
required to work both areas), Processes payments accurately and quickly (cash and
credit), Follows company policies and procedures for balancing register/till, processing
refunds, accepting coupons, processing employee discounts, etc., Maintains
knowledge of all Boardwalk amusements and events, including height requirements
and other restrictions, Utilizes up selling and suggestive selling techniques, Organizes
and maintains cleanliness of admission office or parking area, Maintains a professional
appearance and a 110% Guest First Attitude at all times.

RIDE OPERATOR
- Serve guests by providing an enjoyable experience on the ride they are operating,
and by performing their job functions in a safe, efficient and friendly manner. - Maintains a clean, safe environment for fellow Ride Operators and guest.
- Interacts with guests in a professional, courteous and helpful manner.
- Performs all aspects of ride operation as stated in the Standard Operating Procedure Manual.
- Monitors ride to ensure normal operation and guest compliance with all safety
guidelines. - Ensures that ride areas are clear of all guests and team members before ride startup.
- Uses appropriate hand signals throughout ride operation.
- Completes morning and evening ride safety inspections.
- Ensures all guests meet established dress code and height requirements for rides.
- Assists guests in entering and exiting ride units.
- visually and physically checks restraining devices for each ride unit. – Initiates ride shutdown procedures as necessary.
- Performs biohazard waste disposal as necessary.
- Acts as a first responder to ride and park emergencies.
- Assists with ride and park crowd control/ evacuations as necessary.
Other duties as assigned by management
