Job Description
- Coordinates, and attends all activities such as, picnics, sporting events, dances, and dinners.
- Sets-up and cleans-up after events.
- Promotes a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
- Serves as a role model for Sun standards and reputation.
- Helps to maintain a sheet tracking attendance for each activity.
- Assists with training activity department team members and volunteers.
- Assists with distributing the weekly newsletter to resort residents and guests.
- Ensures all equipment and supplies are kept in good condition.
- Other duties as assigned.

Housing Description
Participants will be housed in 3 park models, 2 participants per unit. Park models are trailers that are hooked up to utilities like homes. These units include a fully furnished kitchen (dishes, utensils, appliances, etc.). There are two bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a full bed and 1 bedroom with a queen bed. Participants will be separated by gender unless requested otherwise. Each unit has 1 full bathroom and additional bathhouses are also nearby. Linens and towels are included.
If a participant resigns they need to vacate housing within 24 hours as resignations are pre-planned so they are responsible for making their own arrangements. In the event of a termination, the time frame to vacate housing will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Sarasota is a small city just outside of Tampa, Florida. The islands separating Sarasota Bay from the gulf near the city, known as keys, include Lido Key and Siesta Key, which are famous worldwide for the quality of their sandy beaches. The keys that are included in the boundary of Sarasota are Lido Key, St. Armands Key, Otter Key, Casey Key, Coon Key, Bird Key, and portions of Siesta Key. Previously, Siesta Key was named Sarasota Key.
