Back of House :
The positions which fall under back of house include the roles and descriptions as
described below.

Housekeeping :

• Housekeepers are responsible for turning rental units following guest departure,
  ensuring they are clean and ready for the next guest to check in.
• Turning rental units includes tasks such as making beds, sweeping and moping
  floors, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, sanitizing kitchens, cleaning dishes, replacing
  disposables and removing garbage.
• Housekeepers are also responsible for servicing rental units, providing new towels,
  removing garbage and tidying units.
• Housekeepers are expected to stay on task and work efficiently to complete tasks in a
  timely manner.
• Ideal candidates would be self motivated, speak English well and work well as a team.

Beach stand attendants :

• Responsible for cooking and serving small food items as well as mixing drinks within
  our beach bar.
• Attendants will also be responsible for maintaining the boat rental schedule, ensuring
  the proper waiver forms are filled out and explaining safety precautions to guests.

Working with chemicals, will require heavy lifting and at least 8-10hours standing on
your feet.

Required skills : 

• Ability to receive direction and perform responsibilities in a fast paced environment.
• Standing and constant moving for long periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift).
• Frequent bending and stooping.
• Lifting up to 40lbs/11 kg.
• Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members.
• Customer Service

Estimated tips : THIS IS A TIPPED POSITIONS: Participants will be guaranteed a minimum of $12/hour

Description : Both housekeeping and Beach Stand will average $20-$100 per week in tips in addition
to their hourly salary.

Work schedule : Varies, can be schedules between 06:00am – 00:00am.

Average hours per week : 32hr
