Job Description :
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: housekeeping duties, such as cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms; restaurant duties, such as dishwashing, waiting on tables and serving food in restaurant; front desk duties; store clerking; grounds keeping; and general cleaning and use of cleaning chemicals. Duties and positions are assigned at employer's discretion upon arrival. Other tasks may be assigned by supervisor as necessary. This job will require standing, lifting, bending, and walking. Participant must be willing to live and work in a resort with a fun, family atmosphere located on Pelican Lake in a beautiful, rural area of Minnesota.
Must have good English skills and be friendly and outgoing.

Dress Code: Participants must bring close-toed shoes and purchase uniform T-shirt for $15 cash upon arrival.
Required Qualifications: Applicants must have outgoing personalities, enjoy meeting, greeting and talking to many different people and have an excellent command of English. Previous work experience is preferred but not required.

Overtime hourly rate
1.5 x wage after 40 hours per week. Overtime hours not available. Bonus of up to $1.00 per hour worked over the program period, depending on work performance and completion of program end date. Bonus is awarded at the discretion of the employer.

Housing will be in 1 bedroom cabins on site. Size of cabins will vary. All participants will have access to an employee lounge. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on-site.
