Job Description :
Participant must be open to any position listed. Participant may or may not rotate throughout all positions, based on employer need. Duties include but are not limited to receiving customers, taking customer orders, helping with preparation of food, dispensing of food and drink orders, receiving payment, assistance with maintenance of the restaurant including stocking necessary items, maintaining cleanliness of work area, and assisting other employees. Some general cleaning required. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary. Participants working as pizza cooks are responsible for: preparing pizza and/or sandwiches upon receiving orders from guests. Additional duties include stocking necessary items, maintaining cleanliness of work area, and assisting other employees. General cleaning is required and other duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.
Must have good English skills and be friendly and outgoing.

Dress Code: Participant should bring comfortable shoes. Host Employer will provide work shirt.
Required Qualifications: Participant should be friendly, outgoing, a hard worker and be able to work well on a team. They also must be able to read computer-printed order tickets and be able to correctly identify all listed items. Participant also must be physically healthy enough to work in a fast-paced, hot working environment for extended periods of time while standing, walking, reaching, and must be comfortable using common cleaning products.

Overtime hourly rate
1.5 x wage after 40 hours per week. Overtime hours may be available. Bonus applicable based on J1 performance and overall success of restaurant by the end of the agreed upon work period, at discretion of Host Employer.

Participant will live in a shared, furnished 2 bedroom cabin. The unit includes a full kitchen, living room, & bathroom. Laundry facilities are available. Internet is not available in the housing but is available at the worksite.
Housing Rate
$300 per month per person, can be payroll deducted according to preference of each participant
