Job Description :

Primary duties of the Kitchen Assistants are to assist with prep cook work and to wash dishes. Duties include but are not limited to maintaining kitchen work areas; washing dishes, utensils, and cookware; sweeping and mopping floors; light preparation of food; assisting cooks in the kitchen; assembling ingredients for items on menu. General cleaning is required. Other duties may be assigned as necessary by supervisor.

Must have good English skills and be friendly and outgoing.

Dress Code: Employer provides t-shirt at no cost. Participants must bring jeans, shorts, and sturdy, closed-toe shoes.

Required Qualifications: Participants must be hardworking and able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to handle pork and/or alcohol.

Overtime hourly rate

1.5 x wage after 40 hours of work per week. Overtime hours are not available. Raises are given based on performance and at the discretion of the employer.
