Rotating Housekeeping/Groundskeeping/Front Desk
Job Description :
Participant will rotate between housekeeping, groundskeeping and front desk duties once in a while. Housekeeping duties include but are not limited to picking up after guests, cleaning guest bathrooms, making beds, removing guest linens, dusting furniture and fixtures, washing floors, vacuuming carpeted areas, emptying trash cans, cleaning windows, cleaning showers, sinks, and toilets, keeping the guest rooms stocked with accessories and the bathrooms stocked with supplies, and doing some laundry. Some cleaning of common areas will be required as well. Housekeeping requires participants to use cleaning chemicals. General cleaning and other duties will be assigned by supervisor as necessary. Position requires following specific instructions on service, as well as a lot of physical activity including heavy lifting, bending, standing for long periods, and walking up and down stairs. Groundskeeping duties include but are not limited to mowing the lawn, trimming the lawn area, cleaning grills and maintaining the landscaping. Other duties will be assigned by supervisor as necessary. Front Desk duties include buta are not limited to handling reservations on the computer, answering guest questions, processing payments, answering the phone, and giving directions. General cleaning and other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Must have good English skills and be friendly and outgoing.
English Level: Very Good
Dress Code: Participants should bring closed toe shoes and comfortable, clean t-shirts, pants or shorts - no short shorts, tank tops or clothes with rips and tears.
Required Qualifications: Participant should speak very good or excellent English, be flexible, hardworking and work well with others. Position requires lifting, bending, walking up and down stairs and standing for long periods of time. Must be able to make beds and carry 30 pounds.

Overtime hourly rate
1.5 x wage after 40 hours per week. Overtime hours not available.

Housing Description
Participant will live in a large 2 bedroom apartment. Unit includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. Unit is located on the employer's property and all utilities are included. If participant stays through the end of their lease agreement, the rent will be returned.
