Job Description :

Position Description: Participants must be prepared and willing to be placed in both dishwasher and prep cook positions. In either position, general cleaning is required and additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor. Dishwashers will maintain kitchen work areas, wash dishes and utensils, sweep and mop floors, and monitor proper chemical levels in the dishwasher. Prep cooks are responsible for following recipes for the preparation of food and assembling ingredients for items on the menu.


Required Qualifications: Proficiency in English is required in order to effectively communicate with co-workers. Participants must be hard-working, friendly, and outgoing.
