Job Description :
Participants are always expected to speak English while at work. They must interact with customers, from greeting them with "Hello" when they walk in the front door to saying "Thank you" when they leave. That means that participants must be comfortable speaking English and have an outgoing personality.
Participants will prepare sandwiches, cut bread (use a knife), do food preparation. They will handle cash and use a computer system to ring up orders. Participants are responsible for any cash shortage, so understanding American currency is very important. They will wash dishes and do the cleaning. There is some lifting of boxes, thus they must be able to carry 10 pounds.
Participants make tips as well. Tips are split among all people working a shift each day at the end of the shift. The more friendly and better service will determine how much people are willing to tip. Tips usually put the wage to an average of $12 to $17 an hour but tip amounts are not guaranteed.
Participants will be using cleaning chemicals in their job responsibilities.

apartments that have 1 to 5 bedrooms. There is high-speed WiFi, cable
TV, full kitchen and washer/dryer available in each housing option.
There is no smoking or drug use of any kind allowed in the housing.
The addresses are 40126, 40136, 40146 and 40050 North Carolina
Hwy 12, Avon NC 27915.
Assignments will depend on the participant's arrival date and the
number of male and female participants who are hired.
The apartment at 40146 has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The
apartment at 40126 has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 40050 is a 1
bedroom one bath apartment. 4-6 people per bedroom dependent upon
size. Bunk beds are primarily used.

Housing Deposit Required
$200 housing deposit to be paid upon arrival. The deposit is refundable if the participants work the entire length of their contract and cause no damages to the house.
