Job Description :
This is a very busy fast-paced coffee shop and bakery. Baker/Cooks come into work early- at least by 5 a.m. The bakery is very busy in the morning so being a morning person is very important. A meal is included with each shift.
This position will perform duties as a Baker and a Cook.
Bakers will be taught how to make a variety of items from muffins, scones, New York-style bagels, bread, and cakes.
Bakers will learn to make sandwiches too. Once all the morning baking is done they help with making sandwiches. This gives them more hours. Participants that have more advanced skills such as cake decorating generally only bake as once morning breakfast baking is done they move on to cakes and desserts for the afternoon.
They will prepare sandwiches, do prep, and other kitchen-related items. This position is also responsible for preparing and cooking food orders per recipe guidelines. Cooks prepare batters, meat dishes, and vegetables. Cooks provide back up to the line during busy hours, including restocking and maintaining workstations to assure plenty of product is always available. Cooks clean all workstations at the end of the day, sweeping and mopping floors.
*Participants will be using cleaning chemicals in their job responsibilities.
*Participants will come into contact with pork products.
*Great English required.
Uniform: Participants are given a company shirt they need to wear. If they want additional shirts they can purchase them for $15 each. Participants must wear a hat and shoes that are comfortable to stand all day and are closed-toe and slip-resistant. Pants and shorts can be worn if their shorts are at least mid-thigh in length.

Job Description :
Dishwashers are responsible for cleaning and putting away dishes, pots, and glassware that are used in the dining room, sweeping and mopping floors, emptying garbage, and keeping the kitchen clean.
This is a very busy fast-paced coffee shop and bakery. Dishwashers come in as early as 6:30 a.m. Job duties include washing bakery pans and other dishes, taking out the trash, and other clean duties in the kitchen. There are times they might be asked to put away stock, so they will need to be able to lift at least 20 pounds.
Dishwashers are given a meal for each shift they work.

Housing Description
The employer has 3 different housing options for participants to live in. They will be living with other international participants from their own employer as well as participants working at the owner's other businesses in town. The options include houses and apartments that have from 1 to 5 bedrooms. There is high-speed WiFi, cable TV, full kitchen, and washer/dryer available in each housing option. There is no smoking allowed in the housing.
The addresses are 40126, 40146, and 40050 NC HWY 12, Avon NC 27915. All housing options are located next door to each other. Assignments will depend on the participant's arrival date and the number of male and female participants who are hired. Rooms are gender-specific. Couples will not have the same room.
There will be 3-6 participants per room, depending on its size. There will be 4-6 participants to share each bathroom. Everyone has their own bed and space to put their belongings.

Housing Rate
$125 per person, per week
Housing Deposit Required
The housing deposit is $200. It is due upon arrival. It can be paid by Western Union in advance, or in cash upon arrival. The deposit is refundable if participants work the entire length of their contract and cause no damages to the house. The house must
