Job Description :
As Food and Beverage assistants participants will be required to perform various food and beverage-related tasks including:
-Place food items on serving plates or dishes along with required condiments and utensils to present to customers.
-Prepare items quickly and accurately ensuring no waste and in accordance with production and portion requirements and quality standards, as trained.
-Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment.
-Maintain and clean all Food Service areas according to all County, State, and Federal Health Codes and Sanitation procedures as trained.
-Maintain and clean all preparation tables, equipment, floors, supply areas, refrigerators, and coolers as trained
-Assist in washing all dirty dishes and equipment.
-Maintain all necessary food reporting and labeling to ensure product quality.
-Keep supervisor/manager informed of all supply, food, and product inventory when necessary.
-Keep supervisor/manager informed of situations relating to facility operation, patron complaints or concerns, accidents, emergency situations, damages, and potential safety hazards.
The participants may be asked to perform other duties as assigned. Participants must be able to:
-Work individually or on a team and at a quick pace.
-Have the ability to read, write, and understand instructions given in English.
-Have a friendly, positive attitude.
-Wear the required uniform.
Please Note:
Participants must be willing and able to work with alcohol and pork products.
Participants will be using cleaning chemicals.
Must be 21 years old.
Tip credit will be applied when applicable to equal minimum wage.
Housing Description
Provided housing will be in one of three housing options.
Option 1: Onsite *Primary Housing Option*
Dormitory-style housing
10 rooms, 6 bathrooms (5 participants per bathroom)
Shared rooms with 2 participants per room (divided by gender)
The common area consists of a living room, kitchen, and free laundry
facilities.
Option 2: Onsite
Studio-Apartment Housing
6 apartments, each with 1 bathroom (3-4 participants per room)
Kitchen, Table/Charis, Couch included. Free Laundry available onsite.
Option 3: Offsite
Motel-style rooms
8 rooms, each with 1 bathroom (2 participants per room)
Common shared kitchen located onsite, laundry facilities located next
door for a $2-$4 fee per load.

Participants will be assigned rooms and locations by the manager, upon arrival.
Each participant will have their own bed.
If a participant quits or is terminated, he or she will have 72 hours to vacate employer-provided housing.
