Job Description :
Participants will be working in a crew of 3 people, which includes an American staff person.
As a housekeeper, participants are responsible for cleaning (washing, dusting and vacuuming,tidying) condos that are overseen by a property management company.
Job duties include picking up, making beds, folding clean linens, gathering dirty linens, dusting furniture and fixtures, washing floors/mopping, vacuuming carpeted areas, emptying trash cans, cleaning windows and cleaning bathrooms and toilets.
Housekeepers will be using cleaning chemicals. Laundry duties are less
than 15% of the work week hours. Participants will be cleaning 2-3 bedroom condo units complete with kitchen, bathroom(s), living area, and appliances.

Housing Description
The employer-provided housing consists of a furnished 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom condo. It also includes a living area, kitchen and dining area.
There will be 2-3 per room, with each having their own bed. There is a maximum of 9 in the unit.
Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves. The housing is fully furnished and there is no need to bring anything except toiletries and personal items. A Post Office Box is also provided for participants to receive their mail.
Housing inspections will occur on a regular basis to ensure the housing is kept clean. Participants will be notified prior to inspections. If a participant quits or is fired they will be asked to vacate the employer provided housing within 48 hours.
