Job Description :
As a housekeeper, participants are responsible for cleaning (washing, dusting and vacuuming, tidying) guest rooms and property common areas. Job duties include picking up after a guest, preparing fresh linens, making beds, dusting furniture and fixtures, washing floors, vacuuming carpeted areas, mopping floors, emptying trash cans, cleaning windows (usually less frequently), and cleaning the bathrooms and toilets. The guest rooms and the bathrooms need to be stocked with supplies. Housekeepers will be using cleaning chemicals. Laundry duties will be minimal (Less than 15% of work week).
Other duties as assigned by supervisor, which could be directly related, or unrelated to original position.

Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher
Job Description :
Kitchen Prep includes the following duties:
- Cutting vegetables
- Breading meat
- Helping cooks prepare food for lunch and dinner.
Dishwasher duties include:
- Scraping
- Racking and stacking glassware/plate ware/silverware properly in the dishwasher.
- Washing pots, dishes, etc. by using hand or dish equipment.
- Restocking all dishware when clean.
- Removing garbage and recyclable materials from the kitchen area to appropriate receptacles.
- Sweeping and mopping.
- Maintaining a clean workstation.
- Assisting kitchen staff when required.
- Assisting in overall kitchen cleanliness.
Dishwashers will come into contact with cleaning chemicals, and wear rubber gloves. This job requires standing for most of the shift so participants should be in good physical condition to stand
for long periods of time. Comfortable, rubber-soled shoes are required.
Pork products are in the kitchen but participants are not required to work with those products.

The participants will be living in a one-level, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with complimentary laundry. Three of the bedrooms will house 2 participants each, and a fourth large bedroom suite will house 4 participants. Each participant will have their own bed. Bedrooms are separated by gender. Housing is fully furnished and participants will have a kitchen and living room to share. Wifi and Hulu included.
Housing is close to the grocery store and a Family Dollar store.
Downtown Ennis is a 1 minute walk from participant housing.
If a participant is fired or quits, they must vacate the housing within 48 hours.
Participants will need to use the company address of 310 N Main Street to get mail.
