Participants in this position will also need to assist with setting up and running activities for the

Participants will also need to help with front desk duties as needed. This involves checking

Job Description :
For the Housekeeper - Lodging positions, participants will be assigned to clean the park's
lodging facilities, where guests stay, and also to clean outdoor areas in the vicinity of the
lodging. Participants may also be assigned, on occasion, to assist cleaning the park¶s Splash
Landing water park area, but their primary duties will be to clean the park¶s lodging or outdoor
areas in the vicinity of the lodging.
The lodging units that participants will be cleaning range primarily from 1 bedroom motel
rooms that sleep up to 4 people to a 4 bedroom house that sleeps up to 16 people.
Participants are required to clean all rooms in the onsite accommodations, including
bathrooms and kitchens. Some onsite accommodations have mini-kitchens or kitchenettes and
others have full kitchens. Participants can view sample photos and descriptions of the onsite

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning cabins
- Changing linens
- Vacuuming
- Cleaning restrooms, which includes cleaning toilets
Outdoor assignments may include light repair work (for example, repairing screen doors), light
yard work (for example, pulling weeds), or sweeping the area outside of the park's lodging.
Participants will not use power tools, only manual tools.
Outdoor assignments may be up to 50% of participants' overall job duties. The employer will
discuss with participants which aspects of Housekeeping they most prefer and will take into
account participant's work preferences when making assignments.

walk up flights of stairs.
* Participants will be trained to clean rooms thoroughly and quickly.

The Splash Landing water park has a wave pool, water slide, and Tiki Bar.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning outdoor and indoor areas in the vicinity of the water park
- Cleaning the water park's restrooms, which includes showers, toilets, and a locker room-style
- dressing room area, where guests of the pool change clothing and store their belongings
- Removing garbage from the pool area and taking out the trash
* Participants will be using cleaning chemicals.
* Participants should be able to work in the sun and stand for long periods of time while on
shift.
* Participants should have a high English level.
* The employer may also assign participants working as housekeepers light repair and yard
work duties, for example repairing door frames and pulling weeds. Participants will not use
power tools, only manual tools. For Housekeepers in the Water Park area, these repair and
yard work duties will be assigned as needed but will not be assigned for a majority of
participants' hours.
*No more than 15% of participants' hours will be scheduled for laundry duties or yard work

of bunk beds in each room. There may be up to four participants per
room. The trailer is furnished with a washer/dryer, full kitchen, and two
bathrooms. There is also a cable TV in the trailer.
Some participants may also be housed in a cabin that accommodates 4
people in 2 bedrooms. The cabin includes a full kitchen, full bath, free
WiFi, furniture, and linens. Each participant will have their own bed.
All participants will have access to free wireless internet in their housing.
Participants are provided onsite shared cabins.
Participants will share cabins with different configurations with up to 3
bedrooms, 2 to 4 participants are assigned per room depending on size;
each with own bed.
Participants will be sharing bathrooms, no more than 6 per bathroom.
Facilities are fully furnished with full kitchens and shared sitting room.
All bedrooms are separated by gender, but housing is co-ed.
