Job Description :

As a server, participants will be taking customer's orders, serving food and beverages,
preparing itemized checks, and sometimes accepting payment. Servers may perform
additional duties, which may include escorting guests to tables, serving customers seated at
counters, setting up and clearing tables, and operating a computer based system for making
orders and processing payment.
Servers (also known as wait staff) must be professional, polite, and reliable.
They must speak Excellent English to be able to understand and converse with the customers
and they must be able to learn and describe food proficiently. Wait Staff also need to be
familiar with the menu, with how the food is prepared, what it tastes like and if special requests
are allowed. They need to be informed about specials and special events.
A busser's job duties include clearing tables, taking dirty dishes to the dishwasher, setting
empty tables and otherwise assisting the waiting staff. Responsibilities may also include
bringing water and introductory foods (tortilla chips, bread etc.) to the table when guests first
sit down. Primarily, a busser does all assistant activities including taking out the trash, shining
cutlery, refilling water pitchers and restocking dinnerware and utensils.
Bussers may also be required to clean restrooms. This will involve cleaning toilets and using
cleaning chemicals.
Comfortable, rubber soled black shoes are required.
Participants may be using cleaning chemicals. Participants may be handling pork and alcohol
products.
Dress Code: Uniform is black long sleeve shirt long black pants; no jeans allowed.
Participants should bring their own casual pants and comfortable, closed toed shoes are required.
Participants should be neat and clean when coming to work. Participants should ask their supervisor if they have a
question about what is suitable.

Participants are provided a shared house close to the work site.
Participants will share 6 bedrooms, 2 to 4 participants are assigned per room depending on size; each with own bed.
Participants will be 3 sharing bathrooms, no more than 6 per bathroom.
Facilities are fully furnished with full kitchens and shared sitting room.
We do have laundry in the basement
All bedrooms are separated by gender, but housing is co-ed.
Rent is to be paid direct to employer as cash; each week on Mondays.
Details will be provided at orientation. Participants are always encouraged to bring questions to their manager.

Housing Deposit Required
A Housing Deposit of $400, to be paid in cash, is due upon arrival. Deposit is fully refunded if housing is left in the condition it was given.
