Job Description :
Participants will be working throughout the restaurant, helping as needed in the kitchen and assisting customers.
Job duties will include the following
Food preparation:
⭐ Cutting vegetables, mixing sauces and putting them into plastic cups.
⭐Preparing hot foods from the fryer into paper bags.
⭐Putting vegetables onto sandwiches and wrapping the food in foil to be served. They will possibly be cooking on the grill.
Preparing ice cream:
⭐ They will be scooping ice cream, adding toppings and mixing with a blender.
Cleaning:
⭐Washing dishes, sweeping floors, wiping tables, mopping, cleaning restrooms.
Customer service:
⭐ Taking orders from customers and filling their requests. Taking payments from the customers.
Participants will be using cleaning chemicals and will be in contact with pork products at work.
The employer prefers non-smokers. Smoke breaks would be limited.
Dress Code : The employer will provide t-shirts and hats to wear. Participants should wear long pants or jeans. Must have closed toe shoes. No flip-flops or sandals are allowed.
Good or better English required.

Housing Description
⭐Arranged housing will be in separate apartments in a 2 story house. Males and females will be separated by apartment. One apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The second apartment has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
There will be 2-3 participants per room and a max of 6 participants for each bathroom. Everyone will have their own bed.
Both apartments are fully furnished and have a kitchen, living room and include access to a washer and dryer. There is a couch, table and chairs, and either a dresser or closet in each room.
There will be inspections in the apartments every 2 weeks.
⭐Participants who quit or are terminated may be able to remain in housing. This decision will be made on a case by case basis. Participants needing to vacate should do so within 48 hours.
